Booking a stay is governed by different documents. Reservations are made through Airbnb and are subject to Airbnb's terms of service and cancellation policy, plus the rental agreement and liability waiver we require to be signed 48 hours before arrival. Where those documents and this page disagree about your stay, those documents win.

Live availability, current pricing, fees, taxes and the binding cancellation policy are whatever the Airbnb listing says at the moment you book. Where this site and the listing differ, the listing controls.

3. Accuracy, and where it has limits

We work to keep this site accurate and current. Even so, photographs are illustrative and were taken at particular times of year; furnishings, décor and appliances change; and some amenities are seasonal — the swimming pool operates 1 May to 1 October, while the cabana and hot tub are available year-round. Occupancy and event limits stated here reflect the property's short-term rental permit and may be revised if that permit changes. Please confirm anything that will determine your decision before you book.

4. Photographs and content

The photographs, text, layout and design of this site are owned by [OPERATOR LEGAL NAME] or used with permission, and are protected by copyright. You may view the site, and share links to it, freely. 6. Links to other sites

This site links to Airbnb and, if you choose to load the map, displays content from OpenStreetMap. We do not control those services, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, terms or privacy practices. Following a link means leaving this site and entering someone else's.

7. Availability

We make no promise that this website will be available uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.
